Manage sign-in, review credits, and account access.
KindVest uses one-time purchases and review credits. There is no recurring subscription and no billing portal. Buyer Report adds one review credit. Buyer Plus adds three review credits. You can purchase additional reviews later to add more credits to the same account.
Creating an account
You need an account to purchase reviews, upload documents, save review workspaces, access prior analysis, and download PDF reviews.
- Use the same email for sign-in and checkout whenever possible.
- You can sign in with Google or email/password.
- Forgot password is available from the Returning Buyer sign-in screen.
- Your dashboard shows available review credits, created reviews, and remaining review capacity.
Signing in
If you are having trouble signing in, check that you are using the same email address or Google account used when buying your review credits.
What to try
- Confirm your email address
- Use the same sign-in method you used before
- Reset your password from the Returning Buyer screen
- Check spam or junk folders for password reset emails
- Try a different browser or device
Forgot password
- Go to Sign In
- Select “Returning buyer”
- Enter your account email
- Select “Forgot password?”
- Check your email for a reset link
- Create a new password and return to the dashboard
How review credits work
KindVest is not a subscription product. Purchases add review credits to your account. A review credit is used when you create a new property review workspace.
Adds three review credits for buyers comparing multiple homes, backup offers, or different property options.
You can buy Buyer Report or Buyer Plus again later. Each new purchase adds more review credits to your existing account.
Deleted or archived reviews still count
Deleting or archiving a review hides it from the dashboard, but it does not restore the used review credit. This prevents one paid review from being reused for multiple properties.
No billing portal or subscription cancellation
Because KindVest does not use recurring subscriptions, there is no subscription to cancel and no billing portal to manage. Purchases add review credits to your account.
If you believe you purchased the wrong review or were charged in error, contact support at support@kindvest.io.
Payment failed or credits missing
If payment fails, review credits may not appear until payment is completed. If payment succeeded but credits are missing, refresh the dashboard and contact support if access still does not appear.

- Check with your bank
- Try another payment method
- Return to the dashboard or pricing section and restart checkout
- Contact support if payment completed but review credits did not appear
Receipts and purchase confirmation
After purchase, you should receive payment confirmation from the checkout provider. Keep that confirmation for your records.

Refund questions
Refund eligibility depends on the purchase terms shown at checkout and whether a review credit was used. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support at support@kindvest.io with your account email, charge date, and a brief explanation.
Deleting your review data
KindVest reviews can include sensitive real estate, financial, insurance, and transaction documents. After you download your PDF review and no longer need the online workspace, we recommend deleting your own uploaded documents and review data from your account when that option is available.
Deleting an account
You may request account deletion by contacting support at support@kindvest.io. Deleting your account may permanently remove uploaded documents, saved reviews, payment references, and analysis history, except where retention is required for legal, security, or payment record purposes.
Data and document privacy
Uploaded documents may contain personal, financial, property, or transaction-related information. Only upload documents you are authorized to review. KindVest uses uploaded documents to generate property insights and review summaries. Review the Privacy Policy for details about how documents and account information are handled.
