How KindVest handles your information.
KindVest helps buyers organize property documents into informational report summaries. This Privacy Policy explains the types of information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect
KindVest may collect information you provide directly, information generated while using the product, and technical information needed to operate the service.
- Account information: name, email address, sign-in method, authentication identifiers, and support contact details.
- Uploaded documents: property documents you upload, such as inspection reports, HOA documents, seller disclosures, appraisal materials, insurance notes, lender documents, escrow files, invoices, and repair estimates.
- Report information: document categories, extracted text, summaries, risk flags, suggested questions, report status, and PDF exports.
- Purchase information: payment status, selected report type, purchase confirmation, and limited payment-related metadata from our payment processor.
- Email signup information: email addresses submitted for product updates, waitlists, or buyer-report tips.
- Technical information: browser, device, page activity, logs, error data, and security events used to operate and improve the service.
How we use information
- To create and manage property report workspaces.
- To process uploaded documents and generate report summaries, risk flags, and suggested questions.
- To provide account access, support, payment verification, and product updates.
- To improve reliability, security, document processing, and user experience.
- To comply with legal, security, payment, or operational requirements.
Uploaded documents and sensitive information
Real estate documents can contain personal, financial, transaction, insurance, property, and legal information. Only upload documents you are authorized to review and use. KindVest uses uploaded documents to generate property intelligence summaries and report outputs for your account.
Payments
KindVest uses a third-party payment processor for report purchases. We do not intend to store full credit card numbers on KindVest systems. Payment processors may collect and process payment information according to their own terms and privacy policies.
Email updates and waitlists
If you submit your email for updates, newsletters, or waitlists, we may use it to send product news, buyer-report tips, launch updates, or related communications. You may unsubscribe or request removal by contacting support.
Data retention and deletion
KindVest may retain account, report, uploaded document, payment reference, support, and technical data as needed to operate the service, maintain security, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and support business records.
After downloading your PDF report and finishing your review, we recommend deleting uploaded property documents and report data from your account when that option is available. You may also contact support@kindvest.io to request account or data deletion.
How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with service providers that help operate KindVest, including hosting, authentication, payment processing, analytics, email delivery, document processing, security, and support providers. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transaction.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information. No online service can guarantee perfect security, and users should avoid uploading documents they are not authorized to share.
Your choices
- Use a limited set of documents when possible.
- Download your PDF report and delete uploaded data when you are finished.
- Contact support to request help with account access, data deletion, or email removal.
