Terms for using KindVest.

Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using KindVest, creating an account, purchasing a report, uploading documents, or downloading a report, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What KindVest provides

KindVest provides AI-assisted property document organization, summaries, risk flags, score context, suggested questions, and downloadable report outputs based on the documents you provide.

KindVest is intended to help buyers ask better questions and organize diligence materials. It does not make transaction decisions for you.

Not professional advice

KindVest does not provide legal, financial, lending, insurance, appraisal, inspection, escrow, HOA, construction, tax, or licensed real estate advice. You are responsible for reviewing report outputs with qualified professionals before making decisions.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

Report purchases

• Buyer Report: one paid property review for one property workspace.
• Buyer Plus: three full property reports for buyers comparing multiple homes or options.
• Each property review is tied to its own workspace and uploaded documents.
• KindVest is not a recurring subscription product unless a future plan specifically states otherwise.

Uploaded documents

You represent that you have the right to upload and use any documents submitted to KindVest. You should not upload documents you are not authorized to review, share, or process.

You are responsible for reviewing uploaded documents and report outputs for accuracy, completeness, and relevance.

AI-generated outputs

KindVest may use automated or AI-assisted systems to summarize documents, extract signals, assign risk context, and suggest questions. Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or based on limited document quality. Do not rely on KindVest outputs as the sole basis for any purchase, sale, financing, insurance, legal, or closing decision.

Payments and refunds

Purchases are handled through a third-party payment processor. Refund eligibility depends on the purchase terms shown at checkout and whether a report was created, used, or delivered. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@kindvest.io.

User responsibilities

• Use KindVest only for lawful purposes.
• Do not upload documents you are not authorized to use.
• Do not attempt to interfere with the service or bypass security controls.
• Verify important issues with qualified professionals.
• Delete uploaded property documents and report data when you are finished, when that option is available.

Service availability

KindVest may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may also update report formats, pricing, document processing, AI models, or account functionality.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KindVest is not liable for decisions made based on report outputs, missed issues, incomplete documents, third-party errors, transaction delays, lost opportunities, financial losses, or professional advice obtained from others.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of KindVest after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
